‍ While we won’t be harvesting plants directly from the wild due to state park rules, you’ll learn how to safely identify, harvest, and cook a selection of wild foods so you can confidently continue the practice on your own. During the cooking portion, you’ll prepare dishes using a variety of wild and locally sourced ingredients.

This small-group class is limited to just 10 participants, creating an intimate, supportive environment with plenty of time for questions, learning, and hands-on experience.

This class is for you if you:

  • Want a deeper, more meaningful connection to nature and your food

  • Have been curious about foraging but don’t know where to start

  • Want to expand your cooking skills using more natural, seasonal ingredients

  • Are interested in healthier cooking but feel intimidated or overwhelmed

Come learn practical skills, build confidence, and experience food in a whole new way.
