In this immersive class, you’ll learn how to identify, harvest, and cook wild foods alongside a trained chef and forager. Join Chef Lorenzo for a guided wild edible plant walk, followed by a fully hands-on cooking class featuring the ingredients we explored together.
While we won’t be harvesting plants directly from the wild due to state park rules, you’ll learn how to safely identify, harvest, and cook a selection of wild foods so you can confidently continue the practice on your own. During the cooking portion, you’ll prepare dishes using a variety of wild and locally sourced ingredients.
This small-group class is limited to just 10 participants, creating an intimate, supportive environment with plenty of time for questions, learning, and hands-on experience.
This class is for you if you:
Want a deeper, more meaningful connection to nature and your food
Have been curious about foraging but don’t know where to start
Want to expand your cooking skills using more natural, seasonal ingredients
Are interested in healthier cooking but feel intimidated or overwhelmed
Come learn practical skills, build confidence, and experience food in a whole new way.
