Class Experiences

  • We had an absolute blast and now see our city of Columbus in a completely new, beautiful light knowing there are edible plants all around us. Incredible insightful, understandable information, the best food you’ve ever tasted (I’m not just saying that, he’s next next level), and a truly fun time that you’ll be talking about for many seasons to come. Go see for yourself!!

  • Lorenzo does it again! Fabulous program as always. This one was a winter foraging class (who knew you could forage in winter?!!) following by a three-course delish dinner of all local ingredients he foraged and/or preserved. I always learn so much from his classes and enjoy meeting others with similar interests. It's a great local community that Lorenzo is building and sharing. Come be part of it!

  • Lorenzo was well spoken on the foraging walk and the dinner was done well, too. 👏 This last weekend's winter foraging walk and family-style dinner was our first experience at one of his events. I knew he was community focused, but I didn't realize I'd meet so many other creative and passionate locals. We even went home with gifts! I've never attended anything quite like it.
